CFS has partnered with a local company that's looking to hire an Accounts Receivable Accountant. Our client is dedicated to safety, quality products, and superior customer service!

Accounts Receivable Accountant Responsibilities:

Cash application
Payment distribution resolution
Credit checks for new customers
Reconciliations to the general ledger
Manage customer aging reports
Distribute monthly customer statements
Monitor and resolve issues with respect to pending shipments to customers on credit hold
Assist in month end and year end closing
Navigation of customer portals
Other duties as assigned

Accounts Receivable Accountant Qualifications:

Associate's Degree in Accounting or Finance
2-3 years' experience in A/R processing
Accurate data entry
Knowledge in Chempax system
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Knowledge in QuickBooks
Effective communication with others in the organization
Maintain confidentiality with respect to financial information
