Salary up to $110k plus benefits

Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager

Responsible for the monthly accounting close cycle by managing the general ledger; creation and review of journal entries to ensure compliance with GAAP and GASB principles.
Preparation of balance sheet account reconciliations; financial statement consolidations and analysis.
Oversee the financial reporting and management reports for multiple business units and provide the guidance on accounting and financial issues.
Manage department assets and capitalizations.
Coordinate audits; prepare, analyze, and review schedules for annual audit process
Responsible for the property management fund and grant accounting.
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Experience Preferred

Bachelors degree in accounting or sufficient experience to match this
5 years experience in accounting
3 years supervising staff experience
