Requirements:

• Knowledge of, and experience in core finance functional competencies – 3-5 years in role RTR/Fixed Assets

• University Degree preferred (especially within Finance and Accounting)

• Functional/Technical Skills: Expert on the Fixed Assets process, including systems, tools, policies, stakeholders and S&F organization structure.

• SAP skills

• Drive for results and pragmatic approach to getting things done

• English language knowledge on advance level required

• Actively analyzing and effectively resolving problems entailing complex topics and abstract ideas, providing smart and creative solutions

• Actively emphatic-thinking, leading to a deep understanding of customers, team, and other stakeholders’ needs and problems

Responsibilities:

• Systems Implementation and Test:

· Perform the tests needed for implementation or further deployment of systems

· Communicate and update relevant stakeholders about implementation and test status

· Delegate and supervise team members implementation and test tasks

• Financial Closing Supervision:

· Ensure systems are working properly, helping R2R team members and RFE solve issues when arise

· Help R2R team member in technical, process flow and policy questions

· Ensure/Audit that R2R processes are performed according to the best-practice and harmonized way.

• Projects:

· Value-Creation Identification in current operations or broader finance area scope

· Project Definition and Strategy Creation (including Agile and Customer Centricity Methodologies)

· Project Execution through individual actions and team leadership (including delegation)

· Status & Objectives Results communication to project stakeholders (including presentation materials)

· Project Documentation and Audit Review (ensure solutions delivered, work as they were aimed to)

• R2R Operational Support: support R2R period closing operations to a maximum of 30% of total effective time.
