Job Requirements:

Primary Duties:

• Book daily business expenses in a detailed manner
• Use prepaid, clearing, and asset accounts as needed
• Maintain physical and electronic backup for expenses
• Communicate clearly and professionally with other departments
• Process weekly Accounts Payable
• Complete daily Bank Reconciliations
• Complete weekly/monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Assist with month-end close, Expense Accruals, Reconciliations, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

• QuickBooks Online
• Salesforce
• Apple Computers
• 1-3 years of Accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

Minimum Qualifications:

• Knowledge of GAAP
• Intermediate or higher Excel skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Excellent organizational skills
• Self-motivated and works well in a team environment
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
• Proactive and able to problem solve

Salary: $23-$25 per hour DOE. Plus, the potential 20% of annual bonus
