Job Requirements:
  • Assist with creating new accounting department processes
  • Monitor company Sales Tax Compliance
  • Complete monthly reconciliations
  • Monitor departmental performance for performance-based bonus plans
  • Assist in preparing and analyzing monthly financial statements
  • Assist with the retail branch of the company
  • Work with CPA firm on Year End Review/income taxes/compiled financials
  • Create ad hoc reporting for leadership

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Accounting experience
  • Knowledge of GAAP
  • Quickbooks Online
  • Salesforce
  • Intermediate or higher Excel skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook

Salary:

$70K annually, DOE . This is a salaried position exempt from overtime pay. Eligible for a quarterly bonus, totaling up to 20% annually
