To assist in handling accounting data entry (eg. invoices key-in and matching payments) and daily operations of accounting function

• Responsible for rental, utility and deposit schedules and oversee landlord statement reconciliation
• To perform vendor payment by using local banks and Supply Chain Financing (bank facilities) for mid and month end
• To check staff claims and verify suppliers payment batch
• In charge of inter-co billing and monthly SOA
• In charge of new store opening store float
• Able to perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
