Requirements:

Experience in Invoice to Pay - PTP - process
Working knowledge of SAP
Good understanding of accounting rules
Experience in performing month/year end procedures in Invoice to Pay process
Higher education in accounting/finance and/ or accounting courses would be an asset
Very good communication skills, attitude for problem solving and team work skills

Responsibilities:

Responding to requestor /vendor queries - via e-mail-
Purchase order creation and order confirmation
Order confirmation processing
Effective communication and maintaining professional relations with customers, suppliers and co-workers
