The Role

Fisher & Paykel is an iconic New Zealand brand, a global company with a strong local heritage. Our origins inspire our culture of curiosity and passion to develop solutions designed around people - these are some of the core elements that make us unique.

We are driven by our values of being trusted, sustainably minded, innovative, generous and curious. As a team we take a collaborative approach and have a working environment where all ideas are heard, evaluated, and tested against our leading goal - to be the world's most human-centred appliance brand.

Work alongside a team that are genuinely passionate about the work they do and take pride in enhancing our customer journey & experience on a global stage. This critical role will support the roll out of a world class end to end ecommerce consumer journey experience that aligns with our brand standards.

The Role

The eCommerce Trading Manager will oversee and ultimately be accountable for the implementation and management of the ecommerce trading strategy and consumer journeys of our e-Commerce sales channels globally across our markets and brands (Fisher & Paykel, Haier, DCS).

In this cross functional role, you will partner with and guide our market territories globally, working with our country sales, marketing, and operational teams to establish new digital business models, drive revenue to meet sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer purchase experience.

That's the role, so who are you?

You will need to have a strong background, 8+ years' experience running an eCommerce website for a retailer and demonstrating significant sales growth ideally within a premium brand environment.

You will be an agile thinker and confident in your abilities to effectively navigate a multifaceted role from strategic planning with local teams, managing digital communications, reporting on trade to looking for new revenue opportunities in new channels or ways of working and capitalise on emerging customer behaviours. In line with that mindset, you also be very results driven and take a collaborative approach in leading and influencing a diverse range of stakeholders to deliver key outcomes.

On a technical side, a good understanding of the wider Digital Marketing landscape (PPC, SEO, Paid Social and Programmatic channels) and Google Analytics is needed.

What we offer

Our environment is designed to allow people to thrive. Our culture is one in which our people can constantly develop, working alongside a team of talented and skilled professionals. At Fisher & Paykel you will have opportunities for growth and exposure to a variety of things within a global organisation.

You'll be part of a team-based culture that offers great development opportunities, a challenging and supportive work environment, leading technology, work/life balance, competitive remuneration, superannuation scheme and a full on-site subsidised cafeteria (Auckland)
