- Issuance of employment related letters and general memos.
- Designing compensation and benefits packages.
- Managing the renewal of various insurances, licenses and applications.
- Monitoring office supplies stock and place order requisition.
- Carrying-out an efficient documentation and filing system
- Ensuring the office equipment are in proper working conditions
- Maintaining a safety and healthy working environment.
- Running employee relations programs.
- Setting the HR strategy and direction across the entire organisation.
- Preparing expenditure plans and cost-benefit analyses budgets.
- Developing the annual HR plan and ensuring the delivery in order.
- Developing and ensuring compliance with organisation policies and procedures.
- Keeping abreast of global HR trends and developments.
- Collaborating with H.O.D. to define an efficient HR strategy.
- Compiling monthly progress reports and report to H.O.D. for future advises and actions.
- Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required
