Our reputable Audit and Accounting client that is based in Sandton is seeking a skilled Admin Clerk to join their team.

Requirements:

Matric.

Organisational skills - Keep track of multiple tasks and deadlines.

Attention to detail.

Communication and interpersonal skills.

Computer literate - Ability to use multiple software platforms and quick learner of how to use new software.

Problem solving skills.

Responsibilities:

New client onboarding

Risk and compliance administrative support.

Tax office and Companies House liaison.

Company secretarial support.

Schedule meetings, minutes of meetings.

Preparing documents for signatures.

Digital filing of letters and other paperwork.

Assist accounting team with various administrative tasks.

Salary: R 8 000 per month CTC.
