Revenue Accountant Our client in Hamden, CT is an internationally based high tech organization experiencing rapid growth. They have partnered with CFS to identify an experience Revenue Accountant to join their team! The team is looking to onboard someone as soon as next week! The hours are 8:30am-5pm on site and goes to a hybrid schedule after training! To succeed in this role having strong experience in Accounts Receivable and Billing is needed! • Prepares, posts, and verifies customer payments and transactions related to Accounts Receivable ensuring that all payments by clients are received on time
• Ability to provide excellent customer service responding to customer billing issues
• Strong familiarity with customer contract, terms, fees, annual increases plus other one-off terms that may apply to billing
• Month end close
• Preparation for review of monthly revenue
• Steady invoice processing estimating about 200 a month on average
• Cash receipts and booking Accounts Receivable
• Maintain rates within billing system
• Ad hoc duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5 years experience in Accounts Receivable
• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Accounting or Related Fields
• Knowledge of General Ledger and experience with Month End Close
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
