Strategic Wealth Partners (SWP) is a nationally recognized wealth management firm headquartered in Cleveland, OH (Independence). We work closely with high net worth families and business owners to optimize every aspect of their financial situation, which includes taxes, investments, legal, etc. Our holistic solution for our clients is aligned with a "Family Office" service model as we strive towards being a "one-stop-shop" for our clients.

We're currently looking to add a Tax Planning Strategist (TPS) to our team. The TPS will work collaboratively with our financial planners to develop sophisticated and innovative solutions for our clients. Our clients seek to minimize taxes now and in the future while maximizing cash flows. The primary responsibility of the TPS is to help them realize those goals.

Qualifications:

• CPA required 3+ years of tax experience

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with our team of financial planners to develop and present sophisticated and innovative solutions for our new and existing clients. Compile professional deliverables of our recommendations through PowerPoint. Assist with the implementation and execution of proposed recommendations. Communicate clearly with clients in all possible formats – phone, virtual, and in-person. Deliver tax planning presentations to prospective clients. Remain up-to-date on all tax law changes and possible mitigation techniques. Prepare tax returns for our high net worth clients. Assume all “Controller” duties of SWP.

Compensation:

• Base salary of $120,000. Discretionary performance-based bonus of up to 25% of base. Full benefits including health, 401(k), disability, life insurance, etc.
