The Role

Due to DXC Red Rock's ongoing growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Peoplesoft Finance Consultant to join our Applications practice in Australia and New Zealand.

With opportunities across both project and managed service engagements, you will work as part of a dynamic team supporting the implementation and maintenance of Peoplesoft Finance modules and solutions. This is a permanent full-time role, candidates can be based anywhere in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaising with customers and colleagues for the consultation, requirements gathering, design, implementation and ongoing support of Peoplesoft Finance solutions
• Assist customers with analysing, designing, building, testing and deploying PeopleSoft Finance solutions, enhancements, reports and regular application updates and patches
• Assist with presales activities and provide support, where required for the preparation of proposals and tenders

Key Skills Required

To be successful in this position you will possess many of the following attributes:

• 8 - 10 Years of experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant on a minimum of two PeopleSoft Finance projects.
• Worked as a PeopleSoft Finance Consultant (9.0/9.1/9.2) on Support/Enhancement, Implementation and Upgrade projects.
• Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft Finance functionality and processes
• Technically savvy in PeopleSoft with ability to bridge the gap between functional and dev, prepare technical specifications, direct Developers. You don't necessarily have to be a Developer however have a good grasp on PeopleSoft technology such as Application designer, App Engine, Component Interface, PeopleCode, Application Package, Workflow/AWE, and Integration Broker, PSQUERY, DMS
• Experience and understanding of PeopleSoft Security
• Experience with PeopleSoft Finance integrations including good understanding of the standard API's
• Able and willing to participate in hands-on configuration activities
• Excellent requirements gathering skills and ability to translate business requirements into specifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work as part of both support and project teams
• Demonstrate initiative by identifying inefficiencies and able to recommend improvements
• Excellent client-facing consulting and communication skills.
• Ability to form strong relationships with Client business SME's and third-party vendors.
• Standout stakeholder management experience and a relationship builder by nature to ensure real collaboration with clients.
