The Opportunity
We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Branch Manager to lead Aon's Tauranga branch. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships with key stakeholders across a portfolio of clients and internal and external stakeholders.
This is a leadership role managing an experienced team of 18 and reporting into our Regional Manager. If you consider yourself passionate about sales, self- motivated and would like to progress into a management position, then this is an opportunity not to be missed!
Responsibilities for this role include:
- Accountability for growth, retention and financial targets of the branch
- Effective client account planning
- Building and maintaining key strategic client and insurer relationships
- Providing a consultative approach around technical, managerial, product and educational support
- Identifying and driving new business activity for the branch
- Strategic planning to ensure continued success
- Effectively managing and building on the success of the Tauranga branch
- Building a supportive, fun and winning team culture
To be successful in this role you should display:
- Proven experience in a similar role where you have led a team
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and build strategic relationships
- Excellent negotiation skills
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work collaboratively and assist others
- Good organisation, planning, and a can-do attitude
