Graduate Trainee - Finance

Scope

As Graduate Trainee - Finance you will be assisting the factory accountant to control factory overheads and maintain factory profitability. The role holder should ensure that the appropriate control framework is in place to safeguard the assets, and provide value added information/analysis to the Management for better decision making. Furthermore, the job holder is responsible to execute the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health & Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization.

Responsibilities

• Working with factory accountant for Preparing budgets, controlling overheads, and analyzing variances
• Ensuring adherence to Group policies & procedures and the appropriate control framework to safeguard assets
• Providing information to the Management in a timely and accurate manner, as per the stipulated guidelines
• Creating value by providing information/analysis to assist in driving the business

Qualifications

• Possessing a Degree in Finance from a recognized university
• CIMA is preferred
• Analytical skills, logical thinking and a team player
• Sound language and communication skills are prerequisites
