- Processing of multiple branch customer receipts in ERP
- Daily bank reconciliation for multiple accounts
- Follow up on, reconcile accounts and allocate payments
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, mail
- Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments delayed payments and other irregularities
- Generate accounts receivable reports
- Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
- Process credit card payments
- Process adjustments to customer accounts
- Assist with month-end closing
- Ensure adherence to Workplace Health & Safety requirements and other Company Policies and Procedures
- Any other duties as required within your skill level and qualifications

- Previous accounts receivable experience
- Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures
- Knowledge of general accounting principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word - Intermediate)
- Ability to prioritise, highly productive
- Strong general administration skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Effective communication skills at all levels
- Ability to review reports
- Strong problem-solving skills
