What we're looking for: We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer with an upbeat attitude to join our expanding, fun and dynamic team! This is a unique opportunity for someone with superb technical and interpersonal skills looking to progress their career working with a reputable industry leader.

Your new role: As the AR officer, you will be primarily responsible for AR support and customer communication but will be exposed to other areas in this multi-skilled team.
  • Processing of multiple branch customer receipts in ERP
  • Daily bank reconciliation for multiple accounts
  • Follow up on, reconcile accounts and allocate payments
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, mail
  • Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities
  • Monitor customer account details for non-payments delayed payments and other irregularities
  • Generate accounts receivable reports
  • Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
  • Process credit card payments
  • Process adjustments to customer accounts
  • Assist with month-end closing
  • Ensure adherence to Workplace Health & Safety requirements and other Company Policies and Procedures
  • Any other duties as required within your skill level and qualifications

  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

  • Ability to review reports
