Vaco is working with a client who has a need for a Senior Financial Analyst with a strong background working with Power BI. This position will be a contract only position and does have the ability to be remote for the right candidate.

JOB SUMMARY

Provide meaningful analysis, reporting, and insight to Management to drive Company's sales and profit growth. Successful candidate will frequently interact with Executive team. Expand and improve the Company's reporting capabilities. Continuously improve processes and interact with co-workers to proactively resolve issues. Complete ad hoc projects as assigned by the Manager of Financial Analytics.

• Experience building financial models for analysis of business opportunities
• Experience querying databases for reporting and analysis purposes
• Comfortable advancing technology for analytical and reporting purposes (i.e.; digital mindset)
• Experience developing reporting that delivers actionable information to end users
• Microsoft Power BI and SQL experience is required
• Proficient with MS Office; advanced excel skills

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years of relevant business experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business (e.g. Accounting, Finance)
• Prior hands-on experience work with Power BI
• Ad Hoc experience
