The Role
The role of the Accounts Receivable Officer reports directly into the Credit Manager, working in a wider team of 7. This role is a blend of Accounts Receivables and Credit Control where you will be assigned a portion of the ledger to take ownership of and make your own.
Your key responsibilities will include:
You will be strong around reconciliations and billings and very comfortable using excel, and you will be well versed in end-to-end Receivables and Credit Control.

- Daily bank reconciliations for multiple accounts
- High volume and complex invoicing and allocations daily
- Claims, credit notes, and distribution of statements to debtors
- Relationship and rapport building skills with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Generating monthly reports
- Ad hoc duties as required
You will be strong around reconciliations and billings and very comfortable using excel, and you will be well versed in end-to-end Receivables and Credit Control.

- Experience dealing with government entities
- Strong Excel abilities
- Ability to build rapport with customers
