Our client is a market leading advisory company who have operated in Australia for over 50 years. Following an exciting phase on development and growth, the organisation is looking to appoint an Accounts Payable Officer to join it's established and high performing financial accounting team.
Reporting to the Financial Accounting Manager, the primary objective of the role is to perform accounting and clerical duties related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions.

To be successful in this position you will have a minimum 3 years' experience performing full function accounts payable. You will be customer focused, structured and process minded, with a passion for operational best practice.
You will be self-motivated, have a proven ability to build rapport with stakeholders, and will be systems savvy with an intermediate level of Excel skills.

The Role
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager you will be responsible for:
- Full-function Accounts Payable.
- Processing of invoices as well as processing and checking employee expenses via Concur system.
- Preparing of weekly and monthly payment runs.
- Monitoring and managing the AP inbox
- Using the ERP system to check AP invoices and making sure AP aging is up to date.
- Monthly reconciliations of supplier statements to make sure everything is in the system and ready for payment
Your Profile
