About the Role: Our client, based in Northampton, are recruiting for an Audit Manager. Working for an award-winning Accountancy Practice does come with its benefits including, agile working, employee recognition and programme for succession planning and supportive management structure. As an Audit Manager you will be managing a portfolio of clients covering a range of industries. You will be responsible for managing junior team members and ensuring all work is completed to the company standard.

Requirements: You will be ACA or ACCA qualified with a minimum of 2 years proven experience within an accountancy practice. Be up to date with accountancy standards and have experience of OMBS with focus on advisory and audit work. Management and supervisory experience to help motivate, delegate and be a strong leader.
