Essential Functions


  • Good experience in Accounts Payable department

  • Knowledge of Invoice processing ,Vendor set ups and reconciliation and Payment Processing

  • Ability to handle and Manage team

  • Ensuring and Maintaining the sanity of the Process

  • Responsible for dealing with queries from different Vendors

  • Managing Reports.

  • Coordinate between internal teams (OTC and R2R) and external stakeholders

  • To ensure there is no Duplicate Payment being made

  • Adaptable to learn new document type, process, concept and skills

  • Ensure adherence to process guidelines as per agreed quality standard on all SOPs

  • Ensure that the assigned targets are achieved as per agreed SLA

  • Ensure adherence to Company Policies and Procedures
