We're currently seeking a *Junior Accountant for a Contract Position* for a client to be based in *Johannesburg *

* Update mobile wallet reconciliations against client statements for 31 Dec 2021 balances.
* Implement monthly mobile wallet reconciliations after Dec 2021 balances reconciled.
* Continuous improvement of wallet reconciliation process in line with overall business/group objectives and needs
* Assistance with ad-hoc projects as and when needed

* BCom degree with minimum 1-2 years' relevant work experience
* Strong organizational skills with an impeccable attention to detail
* Passion for numbers and accounting, and get a smile on your face when the numbers all tie up
* Demonstrated ability to work independently
* Strong analytical and problems solving skills
* An achievement-orientated and results-driven attitude
* A taste for adventure and an interest in working in a fast-paced and fun start-up environment
* Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and MS Office
* Experience with Xero software an advantage
