*Duties:*

* Post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records
* Provide other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization
* Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables
* Ensure the accuracy of an organization's financial documents for payment, auditing, and tax purposes
* Protect businesses against unintentional overpayment
* Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner
*Job Experience & Skills Required:*
*Qualifications:*

* Matric (Grade 12)
* BCom degree in Accounting/Finance
*Experience:*

* 3-6 years' experience within a similar role
* Must have supervisory skills
* Basic knowledge of SAGE will be beneficial
* Good understanding of Excel
*Skills & Competencies:*

* Strong leadership skills is a MUST!
* Sound written and communication skills
* Problem solving skills
* Computation skills
* Detail oriented and well organized
