Responsibilities:
• Proficiently obtains, organizes, and analyzes data to make fact-based decisions and drive root cause analysis.
• Develops trust-based relationships with program's key stakeholders, manages timely and successful delivery program.
• Navigates collaborative environment, succeeding through regular meetings and clear formal and informal communication with team members.
• Uses above par written and oral communication for effective stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of SAP systems and Governance concepts.
• Defines the program strategies, develops program roadmap, and organizes work streams and milestones.
• Builds and Uses data analytics to make day-to-day audit and business decisions and result achievement.
• Works with global and regional teams to lead program's adoption efforts.
• Responsible for regular business reviews with both internal and external partners.
• Ability to manage team of high performers and ensures high service delivery and execution.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leadership, and lead a team to understand business goals, analyze opportunities and develop improvement projects.
• Articulate and able to communicate with employees at all levels across the organization, from front-line associates to executives through white papers as well as verbal communication.
• Experience in working with business teams globally.
• Has a background in automating operational tasks (e.g. RPA, advance excel macros, ACL, advanced scripting), thereby driving process excellence and adoption of different tools and resources.
• Self-starter capable of taking initiative and working with minimal direction.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Courageous and willing to stand up for their ideas within appropriate guidelines.
