Payroll Officer role paying $85K + Super with flexible hybrid work opportunity, end to pay processing for a large multinational with a supportive team

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Payroll Officer to join a Construction Company on a permanent contract. You will be a deadline-driven and resilient individual with excellent attention to detail. You will have the responsibility of providing accurate, timely and efficient payroll services in this multinational organisation and work collaboratively with a team of Payroll Officers to pay 1500 staff members.

Main duties:

• Work with a team of Payroll Officers to process, validate and consolidate a payroll of 1500 employees
• Prepare timesheet file for exporting to ADP
• Processing payroll tax
• Checking termination pays
• Setting up new hires in payroll hires in system
• Month end reporting

About you:

• Experience in end-to-end Payroll processing to take ownership of this role with minimum hand-over time
• Experience working with a large organisation
• Experience in using a large ERP system
• Excellent team working abilities
• An understanding of payroll legislation and processes
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
