As a Project Controller, you'll establish and maintain a close productive working relationship with the Branch Management Office to achieve successful outcomes. You will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and reporting along with general administrative tasks as required

To succeed in this endeavour, you will:

• Prepare and lead the monthly reporting - including Project Status Report (PSR)

• Support input to governance reporting (e.g. IPT, PCG, PSG) and other reports as directed
• Provide Secretariat support for project governance forums (e.g. IPT, PCG, PSG)
• Support administration of project and stakeholder SharePoint sites

A real endeavour, driven by you

Our work is highly complex and confidential, so there are some things you must have to fulfil this role:

• You must hold a current NV2 security clearance or higher.

We're also looking for:

• Experience in a similar role, preferably within Defence, or professional services
• Strong focus on quality and accuracy including experience maintaining change control registers
• Initiative, good judgment and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain tasks across multiple streams of work including administering travel requests, inbox management
