Be the Associate Product Owner you want to be, with opportunities to work across a variety of projects used at scale across the globe. As an Associate Product Owner, you will work on missions that excite you, you will manage the full product lifecycle to ensure that, over time, the needs of our Wholesale customers/users continue to be met and that financial and other benefits are achieved

What will your day look like

  • Collaborating closely with the relevant teams to ensure work meets stakeholder requirements whilst aligned to ANZ strategy.
  • A key aspect of the role is to maintain strong stakeholder relationships and the ability to negotiate with other Product Owners and Support Teams to ensure execution of our Digital Strategy in
  • You will be responsible to ensuring new features and services are delivered comply with relevant business governance requirements
  • You will have a strong understanding of ANZs Digital Channel strategy, with an ability to make prioritisation decisions based on a range of factors.
  • You will embed a culture of learning, empowerment, rapid experimentation, adaptability and collaboration
  • You will role model customer centricity and the ANZ Values


What will you bring?

  • Channel or Product Management Experience
  • Experience in Change Management
  • Scrum/Agile experienced
  • Proven stakeholder management, negotiation skills
  • Applying a strong level of problem solving, quantitative and analytical skills with evidence based decision making
  • Able to manage priorities and conflicting issues in a professional manner. Stakeholder engagement and conflict management.
  • Proven ability to innovate and adapt to latest developments
  • Proven influencing skills with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent relationship building and management experience
  • Experience in negotiating constructive outcomes in complex environments with competing priorities
