The All-of-Government Services Delivery Group sits within Digital Public Service branch and brings together the functions that deliver services to or for the public sector, enabling service delivery synergies to be optimised.

The Group is responsible for standardising and consolidating agency ICT infrastructure and services and working with the vendor market to deliver modern digital procurement models for digital and ICT. It also provides critical government services including the NZ Gazette and the Domain Name System and operates a portfolio of all-of-government websites.

We're looking for a full time, permanent Reporting Analyst to join our team that can be relied on to deliver a high-quality service. Your role will be focused on supporting the development and delivery of analysis and insights for the Digital Public Service branch.

To be successful in this role you'll need to have:
  • previous experience in a similar role
  • strong analytical thinking and intellectual skills
  • experience with analytical tools like Excel, Power BI, and Google Analytics 360
  • good understanding of government planning and reporting processes
  • strong interpersonal skills - able to work with stakeholders to gather required information and gain buy-in to improvement recommendations
  • excellent written communication skills and be comfortable conveying complex information to a wide audience

Understanding or experience working with ICT services or digital products would be an advantage.
