This important mahi is within the Three Waters National Transition Unit (NTU), which is part of the Department of Internal Affairs.

Right now, we're seeking talented Change Management Lead to join us.

Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About this role

The Change Lead, Digital Enablement is a critical change management position responsible for the planning, design and delivery of all change related activities across the Three Waters Digital Enablement programme of work.

As Change Lead you will be responsible for ensuring a structured change package is delivered including consideration of a change management strategy, methodology and supporting framework. This role will also ensure an accompanying workforce is mobilised to deliver this large and complex ICT change programme.

We welcome applications from Change Leaders with some or all of the skills and experience below:
  • In depth experience managing and delivering large multi-streamed, ICT enabled transformations
  • Extensive experience using change management approaches and methodologies in complex environments
  • Experience managing a complex portfolio of ICT products and services
  • Demonstrated experience of using a broad range of channels to engage and communicate with stakeholder groups
  • Experience managing suppliers, partners, experts, and external providers to deliver large scale transformation programmes
  • Experience within a utility's environment delivering ERP change or an asset management solution
