Product Management - Chapter Lead (B2B)

Spark is on the look-out for a new Product Management Chapter Lead to lead a team of high performing B2B Product Managers. You will be a part of delivering market differentiating product portfolio strategies and roadmaps, whilst driving best in class management of products throughout their lifecycle stages; all the while ensuring our customer needs are front of mind.

About you:
  • You are a leader in designing and delivering strong portfolio vision, strategy, and roadmaps, with a track record of delivering strong commercial performance for your portfolio
  • You make data driven decisions based on customer business needs in designing your portfolio roadmaps
  • You have experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow your portfolio
  • You drive the best practice use of product management principles and frameworks
  • You enjoy working collaboratively with others right across the business to deliver great outcomes, and you have strong stakeholder influencing skills
  • You're keen to immerse yourself within the full agile way of working (we have great agile coaches to help you along the way)
  • You are a quick learner, willing to step up and give anything a go

What you will bring with you:
  • Passion for the world of B2B products including Managed Data, Networking, Security, Collaboration, Contact Centre, or Cloud services
  • Over 5 year's experience in product management for Business segments
  • A proven track record or a passion for driving digital first pathways and technologies for customers.
  • You encourage a culture of learning, pace, innovation, and improvement
