Job Details

Michael Page are partnering with a high growth SME based in Marlow who are a market leader within their niche industry. The Finance Manager will support the experienced controller in managing the day to day activities of the finance team alongside working on large projects.

Client Details

Our client based in Marlow are a high growth SME who are the market leaders within their industry within the UK, the company have diversified recently and have now entered the US market over the past two years. Due to the business growth the company are expanding their finance team and adding in a Finance Manager to manage the day to day finance for the UK and international entities.

Description

The successful Finance Manager will have the following duties;

  • Manage the monthly management accounts
  • Support the financial controller in producing the year end consolidated accounts
  • Support the quarterly audit process
  • Prepare budgets and present to US partners
  • Train and support the junior members of staff
  • SOX process and control
  • Provide commercial analysis to support decision making

Profile

This Finance Manager role would suit a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA) with experience of statutory reporting and management accounting. It would be advantageous if you had consolidation experience.

Job Offer

On offer to the successful candidate will be a strong benefits package alongside a basic salary of between £55,000-£65,000. The hiring manager is looking for a candidate that wants to progress into the financial controller and will offer a progression plan to the successful candidate.
