Client Details
A well established Uckfield based employer are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a full time permanent basis.
Description
As Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for:
* Process and management of end to end accounts payable function.
* Supplier account management: keeping details up to date, posting invoices/credit notes, statement reconciliation and dealing with aged credit.
* Liaising with suppliers on invoice queries.
* Filling in credit application forms with potential suppliers.
* Preparing monthly supplier payments
* Recharging intercompany invoices
Profile
- Car driver required
- Hybrid working available after probation
- Accounting software and excel knowledge
- Previous basic bookkeeping and invoice processing
- Would suit an AAT studier
Job Offer

Monday to Friday 8:00am/8:30am/9:00am to 4:30pm/5:00pm/5:30pm
40 hour week
