My client is a large business looking to add a talented part qualified accountant to their busy team

Description

The core responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Routine monthly, half-yearly and annual accounts reporting;

· Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations for Finance Manager;

· Producing and delivering accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports to agreed timescales;

· Producing accurate KPIs

· Provide support and cover to Management Accounts Assistant

· Monthly recharges to other group companies and reconciliation of the recharge account;

· Ad-hoc assistant in other areas of the finance department

· Oversee the transactional team

· Assist Finance Manager to drive improvements amongst the department

Profile

The successful candidate will:

• Ideally be studying towards a professional accounting qualification
• Ideally (but not essential) have some supervisory experience
• Be a great communicator
• Be happy to work on a hybrid basis
