Your new company
A long-established PE Backed Global business, are seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to lead a small finance team and deliver robust monthly/annual accounting, commercial insight and strategic support to the directors and board. This newly created role will be critical to allowing the business to scale and grow over the next 5 years and you will be involved in new acquisitions. If you are an skilled commercial driven accountant who enjoys delivering detailed monthly analysis and business partnering in a fast-paced business environment where there are huge opportunities to make an impact and drive change then this could be an ideal role for you.

Your new role

• Preparation of monthly management accounts including variance and commentary.
• Creation and ongoing production of a detailed management information pack to deliver commercial insight to the Board and Operations teams
• Business partner board and operations teams
• Process intercompany transactions.
• Ensure integrity of P&L and balance sheet, including required reconciliations
• Lead budgeting and forecasting process
• Manage annual audit and statutory accounts preparation
• Liaise closely with audit/Stat accounts provider
• Continually seek to drive process and reporting/analysis improvements
• Support ad-hoc projects as required

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will be a formally qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) You will need to be driven, credible, emotionally intelligent and able to adapt to lead change.
