Exciting new billing assistant role based central Manchester and offering between £25,000 - £26,000.
Client Details
Join an ever growing, fast paced company with a headcount of over 5,000 staff operating from over 60 global offices six countries, based in central Manchester.
Description
Duties include:
- Dealing with billing queries
- Processing invoices and credit notes using an in house system
- Maintain records of work
- Managing the various inbox's
- Processing of apportionment (multi-party), net recovery and joint billing
Profile
The ideal candidate will:
- Conduct themselves in a professional manner
- Pay attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Previous experience of E-billing and LEDES formats, and prior use of the 3E platform would be highly desirable
