What will the AR/Collection Specialist Do?

75% is working through an online portal to collect and make cash applications.
Collector should be able to have an in-depth conversation, ask probing questions, find root causes, and offer solutions.
Will work with sales and client to research and collect on open outstanding accounts

Must build and maintain relationship with the current clients (these are clients who will do continued business with them)

High volume email correspondence is required
What the company needs in the AR/Collection Specialist:

PREVIOUS BUISNESS to BUISNESS Collections experience is a MUST
Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow into leader
Excellent communication skills to communicate both verbally and in writing with senior management
High volume B2B calling experience- maintaining relationship with current clients and collecting on open accounts
