Accounts Receivable Specialist

Summary: CRG is launching a search for a 100% REMOTE Accounts Receivable Specialist role with our high growth-oriented client based in South Charlotte that boasts a globally recognized manufacturing brand. This individual will be review and monitor various levels of customer accounts in order to mitigate cash flow issues, maximize cash flow, minimize bad debt / reserve write offs, and even train/coach new employees on standard procedures. CRG is willing to offer a $100 referral bonus for any individual you help us place in this role!

Opportunity: Long-Term Contract, potential to be extended

Location: 100% REMOTE (initial training on site in Charlotte, NC)

Rate: $22/hr

Responsibilities:
  • Monitors customer payment portals, dispute information, and department reporting for payment information / missed invoices
  • Initiates customer contact to collect and resolve past due balances while making decisions and/or recommendations to leadership on which accounts to block
  • Leads the review and evaluation of department aging reports and CONA SAP to create a worklist for collection contacts daily
  • Serves as point contact for customers who are missing or requesting invoice copies and statements
  • Act of point of contact for the sales team when customer questions arise
  • Place orders for customers as needed
  • Lead interactions with collectors, customers, and internal stakeholders on the resolution of broken promise to pay
  • Determine when to turn accounts over to outside collections agencies
  • Perform frequent customer account reviews
  • Collaborate with collectors on outstanding collection and identify customers paying beyond CCCI terms
  • Develop strategies and collection methods that result in the customer paying consistently to terms

Qualifications:
  • 3 -5 years of work experience required
  • SAP experience required
  • B2B collections experience required
  • Experience researching and resolving payment issues
  • Customer dispute resolution experience required
  • Manufacturing organizational experience preferred
  • Business Administration or Accounting Degree preferred
