Join the Shadforth Team! Position is based in the Sunshine Coast.
Opportunity is based in the Sunshine Coast Office, located in Forest Glen and will suit those with Accounts Payable experience.
This is a full-time position for a 12-month contract.
You'll be working with the Accounts team, reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager.
The day-to-day activities will involve high-volume data entry of invoices, compiling supplier dockets with corresponding invoices, account reconciliation, providing backup support to Reception, liaising and supporting project teams resolving account queries and ad hoc administrative tasks.
Working hours will be Monday - Thursday from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm.
About you
Ideally, you'll have recent experience in a administrative role, involving a repetitive high-level of data entry, with:

About you

- A solid understanding of basic accounts payable principles
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to plan, prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook and Word
- Hold a Drivers Licence with reliable transport
