Apart of the broader Business Advisory division sits the specialised Strategic Outsourcing team. They're an established team of 10 who work closely together to provide outsourced CFO and Accounting services to a broad range of clients.

About the Role

The team are growing and looking for proactive and career-oriented accounting professionals to join! As a Strategic Outsourcing Specialist, you'll be assigned with various client tasks across multiple industries which include:

• Daily general accounting processes (AP,/AR processing, GL reconciliations, balance sheet review etc.)
• Cash flow management and advice
• Payroll processing
• Compliance and tax services including preparation and lodgement of Activity statements
• Preparation of monthly accounting management reporting packages
• Month-end processing
• Development of client accounting systems and processes
• Ensure accurate financial records in the different accounting platforms
• Provide solutions and insights to support the decision-making process for clients

We are looking for someone:

• With a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Passionate about personal and professional growth
• Able to manage time and various tasks at once
• With 2+ years' experience in a similar role
• With experience using Xero, MYOB and other Cloud Accounting programs
