We are looking for a Junior Accountant or Bookkeeper, to expand our client's finance team in Gezina, Pretoria
The duties would entail the following:

* Daily Capturing and reconciliation of Cash books
* Processing of Supplier and sales invoices
* Reconciliation of Stock on-hand
* Verification of Sales contracts
* Contacting outstanding Customers and doing follow ups on Payments
* Verification of deposit refunds to clients.
* Uploading and management of debit orders onto banking system
* Management of daily management reports
* Ad hoc filing of Invoices, bank statements, contracts etc
* Reconciliation of Supplier accounts for payment
* Preparation of Payroll
* Submission of monthly EMP201 and annual EMP501
* Management of Fixed assets
* Any other necessary ad-hoc duties when required by management
