Highly successful, investment backed technology group are looking to recruit an experienced Finance Manager who has experience of NetSuite, the role is 90% remote with Company meetings circa 2-4 times a year.

Your new role
As Finance Manager you will report into the Group Financial Controller/Group Finance Director and have responsibility for finance for 3 of the group businesses.

Role overview

Hands on role producing accurate and timely monthly accounts. Leading a small team, ensuring robust processes and controls are in place. Provide financial and commercial support to the three of the groups businesses management team to ensure there is a clear understanding of business performance and future outlook.

Role Specific Tasks

• Monthly management reporting including insightful analysis on KPI's, particularly gross profit analysis.
• Management accounts preparation (accruals, prepayments etc).
• Responsible for the group's monthly payroll process.
• Ensure close working with project managers/provisioning to ensure accurate billing and cost recognition.
• Ensure accuracy of debtor ledger, assisting credit control drive down debtor days.
• Weekly cashflow reporting.
• Balance sheet reconciliation and management.
• Ensure there is cover within the finance team to cover absences.
• Providing Business Partner support to local management.
• Drive the adoption and ongoing development of Netsuite,
• Constantly strive to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• To present the highest level of customer service to every customer, every time and be a leader in working towards our customer charter
• Undertake any reasonable ad hoc tasks as requested from across the business

What you'll need to succeed
The Finance Manager will be a qualified accountant with experience of NetSuite ERP, possess broad accounting experience a strong analytical mindset and a keen interest in utilising technology and continuous process improvement.
The Finance Manager will work closely with the Managing Directors of their businesses and provide good insight to influence strategy and support business decisions.
