This role comes about due to continued growth across all areas of the business. This role is based in Leicester and is commutable from all areas of Leicester / Leicestershire / Derby / Loughborough / Hinckley / Coventry and Nuneaton. As Assistant Management Accountant, you will play a pivotal part in the continued growth of the business and become a trusted member of the team when supporting all Management Accountant based activities. You will prepare analysis on variances for the Management Accountant to review. You will also assist with the preparation of the weekly accounts which includes things such as Gross Margin, Material cost of sales and analysis. Other duties such as accruals and prepayments are to be expected as well as ad-hoc tasks set by the Senior Finance Stakeholders.

To be successful as an Assistant Management Accountant, you will be someone that has a true drive to succeed and come from a business that is fast paced. This role isn't going to be a stroll in the park and won't be for someone who is afraid of getting stuck in. You will have had some working exposure to Management Accounts and actively studying towards your professional qualifications (ACCA / ACA / CIMA). You will be a wiz on Microsoft Excel too.

The package on offer here is £25,000 to £32,000, plus study support. This is a great opportunity to work for a prestigious Leicester based business as they continue to grow.
