Sr.Executive/Assistant Manager-Finance (Controllership)



Responsibilities:

• Monthly preparation of Financial Statements
• Monthly review Compliance checklist
• Monthly reviewing the Trial Balance & sanitizing the same.
• Managing day 2-day accounting operations
• Review & finalizing ITR, TDS, GST Filling review on periodic basis.
• Process improvement & internal control system.
• Preparation of Books as per IND AS
• Variance Analysis & Cost optimization
• Assistance in FDD/LDD/TDD as required
• Assistance in ERP implementation
• Review Fintech & Wallet Reconciliation monthly basis
• Liasoning with different departments both internal & external.

Desirable skillsets:

• CA with 0-3years of experience post qualification.
• Familiar with ERP implementation
• Should be focused on Automation of work.
• Precious work experience in a VC funded start-up and FDD/LDD processes.
• Familiarity with ESOP accounting and administration.
• Tightening internal controls in a business-friendly manner
• Have worked with Fintech partners.
• Oriented towards cost efficiency and optimization.
• Proactive communicator and quick responses to emails/phone interactions
