An ability to assist, mentor and coach the team will be essential for your success.

The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for the success of the accounts payable team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Review and correct the company's accounts payable transactions (P/O's, Invoice, approvals)
- Ensure inbox queries are handled timely and professionally
- Contribute to AP operations, timeframes, scheduling, processing payments, resolving supplier queries, and coordinating disbursements
- Reconciliations
- Maintenance of Vendor files and records
- Month-end accruals & prepayments
- Assist with preparation of weekly and month end reporting
- Mentor & assist team members
- Recommend process and procedural improvement
