About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Business Engagement team as an Account Manager, dedicated to looking after a portfolio of Voluntary Group Accounts.

The role will work predominantly virtually with clients as the portfolio will be across the country, with selected face to face meetings as required with identified key opportunities. Reporting to one of our Regional Sales Managers.

You will have an amazing opportunity to demonstrate your existing account management skills as well as use your future innovative thinking to help shape the future of this segment. Focussing on an amazing customer experience that will assist in our growth and retention aspirations.

This role is predominantly virtual with some travel for selected customers. We are flexible with candidate location.

Responsible for
  • Managing groups in the portfolio, renewals, etc
  • Segmenting the portfolio with a view to focussing on low touch and high value plus selected groups to nurture for growth
  • Identifying opportunities to work closely with other Account Managers to convert to a subsidised scheme
  • Defining and implement a new way of working with our voluntary groups.

About you :
  • Existing Account Management experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate, define, engage stakeholders, and implement a plan
  • Confident decision maker and negotiator
