Permanent Management Accountant job based near Errol, £35k- £44k DOE + bonus, excellent pension & 33 days AL

Hays Accountancy & Finance are recruiting on behalf of their exclusive client for a Management Accountant to join their small & busy team based half way between Perth & Dundee. Qualified, Part Qualified & Qualified by experience individuals can be considered. Salary is £35,000 - £44,000 depending on experience + 33 days holiday, annual bonus, excellent pension & private medical. Full study support can be provided for those looking to complete their professional qualification and hybrid working can be offered (1 day a week from home).

Your new role

Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will complete a variety of finance duties from an operational & performance perspective. You will complete monthly management accounts including variance analysis. You will assist in the preparation of budgets & forecasts. You will complete financial analysis and be a strong finance business partner, liaising with multiple departments about their finances. You will also be involved in process & system improvement.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be an experienced Finance professional with strong finance business partnering skills. You will have strong financial analysis skills and have experience in the management accounting process. You will have excellent IT skills including Excel. Qualified, qualified by experience & part qualified individuals will all be considered.
