Description
Assist with the financial audit of group companies
· Bank reconciliations
· Undertake monthly accounting activities e.g. W.I.P. calculation, stock valuations etc.
· Print monthly sales and purchase reports for e.g. Debtors, Creditors
· Monthly EC Sales and Intrastat declarations
· Monthly Intrastat declarations
· General credit control duties
· Quarterly VAT Returns
· Check Credit Card expense forms and post corresponding journals
· Weekly payroll, including printing reports and dealing with queries
· Weekly payroll, including printing reports and dealing with queries
· Create new (weekly paid) employees on clocking software, payroll software and collate information to create employee file
· Arrange supplier payments.
· Process Holiday Forms and update sickness records
· Sales order processing, raise delivery notes and invoices.
· Sales order processing and invoicing.
· Process and certify batches.
· Create TFS reports.
· Purchase Ledger.
· Update test certificate log.
· Monthly Reclaim Credits
· Monthly Rental Invoices
· Filing consignment notes and customer remittances
Profile
Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
Manufacturing experience
