Description
The successful Accounts Payable will:
Maintaining AP ledger
* Processing invoices
* Preparation of SAP payments
* Reconciliation and posting of staff expenses, company cards expenses, petty cash
* Chasing missing invoices and credit notes
* Tracking approvals for AP payments
* Investigating discrepancies
* Filling invoices
* Sending payment remittance
* Bank reconciliation through Kyriba
* Checking and correcting SAP entries
* Clearing bank transit accounts
* Processing manual payments
* Checking incoming client payments
* Executing SAP payments
Intercompany processes
* Confirming AP IC balances at the month end
* Posting missing invoices and credit notes
Profile
The successful Accounts Payable will:
* Prior experience in similar role
* Numbers orientated

* Able to use initiative and work independently
* Strong work ethic and commitment
* Good organisational skills
