Accounts Receivable Administration Manager

Breedon are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Administration Manager to join our Credit Control team based in Lockington, near Derby. The purpose of this role is to effectively manage the onboarding, master data, invoicing and cash allocation processes, and acting as business partner to senior credit management. A proven track record in maintaining and improving processes is required, and well as an understanding and familiarity with the audit process. You will be managing a team of 10.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer onboarding and master data processes
  • Invoice and credit processes
  • Process improvement and streamlining
  • Coaching of team and performance improvement
  • Encouraging a target driven culture of success
  • Application, maintenance, and development of key controls
  • Regular internal audit of controls
  • Ensuring business understands and works within the defined policies
  • Continuous audit of processes and performance
  • Liaison with the commercial business
  • Troubleshooting and management of manual and automated processes

Qualifications & Experience required:

  • Leadership, management, and team-building skills
  • Likely to have a billing or Credit Management background
  • Time and process management, including the ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous deadlines, set priorities, and work under pressure
  • Experience in the application of administrational processes
  • Integrity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality and privacy
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel user
  • Analytical skills
