• Able to handle accounts payable and bank control
• Check invoices for inaccuracies
• To maintain and monitor records for all expenses and petty cash
• To monitor proper filling and documentation
• Reconcile accounts with the general ledger
• Summarize and analyse monthly payment transaction
• Must able to do costing and report analysis
• Able to perform budget preparation and budget analysis
• Support during external/ internal audits in AP related queries and reconciliations
• Any ad-hoc tasks be assigned by superior
